Located in the high-speed rail zone of Zhangjiajie Tourist Area, this project leverages the unique mountain landscape to create a tiered architectural design. Featuring the Sheraton and Westin Hotels with a sky clubhouse, 456 rooms, fitness center, and two restaurants, the development enhances connectivity and urban vitality.

The site is located in the high-speed rail zone of the “One Belt and Three Zones” in the Zhangjiajie Tourist Area. It is about 15 minutes drive from the center of Zhangjiajie Center, 20 minutes drive from Hehua Airport and Zhangjiajie Station, and 30 minutes drive from Zhangjiajie North Station and Tianmen Mountain Scenic Spot. It takes about 40 minutes by car from Wulingyuan Scenic Spot. After the opening of the high-speed railway in the future, the connection between the base and other cities and scenic spots will become more convenient and closer.
Design Concept and Schematic Design
The wonders of nature sculptured the unique mountain landscape of Zhangjiajie. Originated from the unique local features of the region, the hierarchical structure of the retired building echoes the height difference of the site, and the step-by-step greening combines the diversified vitality of the urban space to guide the flow of people and viewpoints.
The major buildings, Sheraton Hotel and Westin Hotel, are designed to house a sky clubhouse, 456 keys rooms, fitness center and two feature restaurants.
