Chao Kai Wang
RIBA, Design Director of Architecture
KAI is an architect originally from Taiwan. Kai’s acquired his Bachelor’s degree from Ryerson University in
Canada, then went on to study Masters at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL in London.
KAI moved to Hong Kong and worked on various commercial and mix-use projects in both Benoy
and 10 Design. During his time in Benoy, he was mainly responsible for the design of Parc Central in
Guangzhou, which won numerous awards including the Gold at ICSC APAC Awards. KAI is experienced
in both design and project management, Haisco Headquarter MLP and architectural design which he
was mainly responsible will also complete construction in 2020.
